Services Call me at 719 687-7077 or send an e-mail to bob_mcmicken@q.com to discuss your requirements. I will give you a firm qoute based on your requirements to include anticipated travel and out of pocket expenses. My
niche is hands-on training for photographers using single lens
reflex cameras based Practical
Police Photography, required reading for my students
I do not teach advanced crime scene investigation but, in addition to the individuals and organizations on my Links pages, the following Names To Remember are known to me either personally or by reputation and are well qualified to teach advanced classes. I prefer to teach the Nikon D90, D300 and D700 and the Canon 50D and 7D models, plus the Nikon D3 and the Canon EOS 1D Mark IV at the high end and the Canon G10 and G11 at the point and shoot level. I do not teach point and shoots other than the Canon G10 and G11 because the average P&S does not offer enough control to satisfy professional requirements. I can provide basic Photoshop instruction although, truth be told, you can probably find competent instruction at your local community college, perhaps aided and abetted by a copy of Photoshop CS3 for Forensic Professionals by George Reis at http://www.imagingforensics.com. I can also assist you with setting up a digital darkroom, preparing e-book and PowerPoint training materials, and writing a protocol specific to your jurisdiction covering everything from taking the picture to processing and archiving digital image files and delivering the final prints to investigators, prosecutors and defense attorneys. |
