Reflected Ultraviolet Imaging for Forensic Applications

For some reason, there seems to be a dearth of readily available information on the forensic applications of UV and IR photography, perhaps because these skills require specialized equipment and generally fall within the domain of the formally trained specialist.

These articles will give you an overview.  Both Police Photography by Larry Miller and Advanced Crime Scene Photography by Christopher Duncan have useful chapters on UV/IR photography.

The following sites can provide both UV/IR illuminators and training in their use.
